Whew, baby!

It’s been a wonderful, wild, and wacky summer! So much playfulness, spontaneity, and fun!

And, now I am feeling the call to get back into some rhythm and routine again.

Don’t get me wrong. No complaints, it’s just time to reset. And that’s life, right?

We ebb and flow. Energy goes out and in. As the seasons change, so do we.

If you’re feeling the need to restore after your summer, that past year, or let’s get real…after this past decade - you’re not alone.

I’m so excited to start back up with fun Ayurveda club for women: Embodied Vitality.

And….

In 2016 I had a phone call that changed my life.

In 2016 I had a phone call that changed my life.

Until this point, I was a mom of two active teens, running a thriving business, and taking care of a busy household.

Life was full and good, and I was grateful. Despite how fortunate I felt, I was starting to feel that something was a little off. I was just about to turn 50 and I wanted to feel better in my body and direct my energy to things that I'd been neglecting in myself.

I'm sure if you're reading this, you can relate.

So, I finally got on a call with a yoga health coach. We talked about a lot of things, but in just 30 minutes she was able to uncover so much that I had been ignoring or was having trouble articulating.

And, more clearly, I admitted that I knew deep down that I held the keys to where I wanted to go.

I knew I needed a little inspiration and support in decoding the map. And let's face it, I needed some accountability.

So, I enrolled in an 11-month program that was a deep dive into Ayurveda.

And, as they say, the rest is history - and I've never felt healthier.

Since then, as a health coach, I've guided dozens of women in creating a life of vitality, balance, ease, and joy. They've made lifelong friendships. Fallen in love with themselves...fallen in love with life.

Sometimes, one small step in the right direction can change things forever.

Good morning my friends! Got 15 minutes?

I was supposed to teach an early class online but it didn’t happen due to technical issues. But wow, I was so ready and really needed the practice. Anyone else feeling a bit bananas lately?! So much going on it’s early to get over-stimulated and our nervous systems need a reset.
