In March of 2020, after teaching yoga for 15 years, it became more apparent than ever how vitally important it’s been to stay connected to others and to continue a regular yoga practice. Connecting to students online rather than at the studio has been a surprising gift. We’ve had the chance to continue to meet with like-minded souls and come to our mats together to find courage and support, to breathe deeply, strengthen our bodies, and sit quietly, if only for a few moments. Yoga nourishes and replenishes us. Yoga soothes. It offers us a chance to feel strong, resilient, and equipped for life’s continuous challenges. If you’ve never practiced, it’s not too late, no matter what your age or personal story. If you’ve stopped and want to start again, say yes, because now is the time. Listen to your inner voice and join us for a class. Likely, your practice may delight or inspire you. It may very well ease your weary mind, spark joy, or perhaps make you feel perfectly ok.
