Meet Suzanne

Suzanne is a certified yoga teacher, somatic coach, and movement educator with over 15 years of experience blending yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement. Her heart-centered, trauma-informed approach supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and sustainable well-being. Through live online classes and personalized guidance, she creates a safe, nurturing space where students can reconnect with their bodies, build resilience, and move toward a more grounded, vibrant life.
