Weekly Live Online Movement Class
Mondays 5:45-6:30 pm ET (additional times to be added)
Yoga, Pilates, and other fun modalities to help you feel strong, mobile, and centered. All levels, all bodies, all moods welcome.
Monthly Circle Gathering and Workshops
2nd or 3rd Sundays of the month 3:00 pm ET
Deep-dive online workshops weaving Ayurveda, women’s health, emotions, and real-life themes like loss, renewal, boundaries, hormones, stress, and clarity. Each month brings a unique focus that will create a theme or tiny habit to bring to life. 90-120 minutes.
Video Library Access
A growing on-demand library of movement practices and meditations you can access anytime, day or night — 10 minutes to an hour.

A warm, supportive circle of women walking a similar path — a place to feel seen, heard, and not alone.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I’m Suzanne — yoga teacher, retreat leader, and Ayurveda Health Counselor.
I’ve been teaching since 2005 and have supported hundreds of women through burnout, transitions, and the beautiful, messy middle seasons of life.
Yoga and Ayurveda helped me return to Svastha — feeling grounded, radiant, and established in myself. Now in my 50s, I feel more vibrant than ever.
Centered Living Circle brings together everything I love: movement, breath, women’s wisdom, seasonal living, and meaningful community.
I’d be honored to have you here.

Absolutely. Classes are designed for real women with real bodies and real lives. Options are always offered.
Everything is recorded and added to the library.
Even one or two sessions can be nourishing, but you’ll get the most from weekly movement + monthly workshop.
Monthly plans can be canceled before the next billing date.
Annual plans are non-refundable.
Yes — it’s locked in for life as long as you remain a member.
