Daily classes are open to all levels, with options to rest or skip without judgment. If you prefer, you can meet the group later for lunch or activities — so this retreat is beginner-friendly and inclusive.

Retreat Preparation Guide

Travel Planning:

  • Plan arrival to Athens at least one day before the Greece retreat start.

  • For Iceland, consider arriving in Reykjavik a day early before connecting to Akureyri.

  • Book flights and ferries early, as schedules and availability can vary by season.

Transfer & Logistics:

  • Allow buffer time between international and domestic connections.

  • Confirm ferry or domestic flight schedules a few days before departure.

Insurance & Safety:

  • Consider travel insurance that covers flight delayes, cancellations, and medical emergencies.

  • Check Passport validity and visa requirements well in advance.

Preparations:

  • Pack layers for changing weather (especially in Iceland).
  • Bring comfortable clothing for yoga, hiking, and relaxation.

  • A small daypack, reusable water bottle, and journal are recommended.
