Are you ready for long-term change?

  • If you’ve been needing a change for a while and you’re finally making the decision to deeply listen to what your mind, body, and heart is telling you, then you are in the right place.
  • With the support and guidance of Suzanne & members of the group, each participant will begin to architect and shape their lives through meaningful experiences and thoughtful choices. Because each person in the group has her own unique story, desires, and goals there is no one-size-fits-all approach to this journey and each person is encouraged to rest back and take the practices at her own pace, knowing that long-term and meaningful changes take time and we have a year together. 
  • We will learn about, practice, and live 10  basic habits based on the wisdom of Ayurveda & Yoga, slowly over time recognizing that we are each gifted with deep wisdom to heal and nourish ourselves from the inside out.
  • Be ready to study yourself. In Embodied Vitality, we spend time unraveling ways we get in our own way and self-sabotage. We’ll look at the power of our minds to make huge changes.
